The SDGs

 In News

The 17 global goals have the power to end poverty and fight inequality. It’s up to all of us, individuals, businesses, charities & governments to work together to build a better future for everyone. We train local people & invest in local business, install safe water pumps & decent sanitation facilities & promote hygiene education in schools, villages & health centres in some of the poorest areas in Zambia & by doing so we’re helping people be healthier & have more time & energy.

Time & energy so farmers can grow more crops, parents can earn more money, feed their family & build a house. Young girls can go to school, women have the opportunity to learn & skill and start their own business, rather than spend their days collecting water. All women & girls are empowered by learning about MHM & men learn to treat them with dignity & respect. With safe drinking water at school children can concentrate in class & dream of brighter future.

All these positive outcomes start with basic facilities. Safe water. A private loo. Somewhere to wash your hands.
