Board members

- must provide effective governance of the organisation, ensuring that decisions taken by the Board are in the best interests of the organisation and its stakeholders, and promote the highest quality standards and effective service delivery;
- may need to lead a Working Group
You will commit to attend the 4 annual meetings (3 are remote), take active part in one of the permanent committees (eg. the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee) and other support roles as required.
