Transforming lives through water, one district at a time
Our Work In Mozambique
Since 2018, Village Water has partnered with WATSAN Mozambique to rehabilitate and maintain boreholes across the country. In 2023, we launched our District-Wide Project in Báruè district, with the ambitious goal of achieving 100% coverage in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) services.
We closely monitor all our projects to ensure we reach the communities most in need. Our data-driven approach allows us to measure impact, track progress, and support long-term sustainability.

Ana’s story
“I no longer face the gruelling task of trekking long distances to fetch water from the river. Now, I have more time and opportunities to sell my homegrown sweet potatoes in town. With the money I earn, I am able to send my daughter to school.”
