Village Water Welcomes New Trustees

This year we welcomed Becky Butcher, Simran Gill, Madison Kirby and Natalie Lanagan to the Village Water Board of Trustees. 

Bringing a wealth of experience from across the charity, development and private sectors, our new trustees will help guide Village Water as we work with local partners and communities in Zambia and Mozambique. 

Becky Butcher is an international development specialist with knowledge in managing multi-country programmes across global health, education and gender equality. Currently at the International Rescue Committee, she brings expertise in programme delivery and strategic partnerships. 

Simran Gill is a global sustainability leader with experience at Unilever and in consultancy, helping organisations embed purpose into business strategy. His work focuses on health, hygiene, climate action and building partnerships that create positive social and environmental impact. 

Madison Kirby is a fundraising operations and donor relations leader with a background in philanthropy, stewardship and strategic donor engagement. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organisations grow their impact through innovative, data-driven approaches. 

Natalie Lanagan is a qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory, governance, risk management and compliance across the UK and internationally. She has also supported charities governance management. 

We are excited to have Madison, Becky, Natalie and Simran on the Village Water team and look forward to their contributions, as we continue working towards a future where everyone has access to safe water.
