Why run for Village Water?
For over 20 years, Village Water has worked alongside local partners to improve access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene in Zambia and Mozambique. Together, we’ve helped transform the lives of more than 2 million people.

How the Selection Process Works
We have one charity place available for the 2027 TCS London Marathon.
Anyone interested in running for Village Water is invited to submit an application. If we receive more applications than available places, the successful runner will be selected at random from all eligible applicants.
We encourage everyone who is passionate about supporting Village Water’s work to apply.

You pledge to raise a minimum of £2,000 (excluding Gift Aid). You will aim to raised the full £2,000 by 30th May 2027 (4 weeks after the event). Please note that participants who fail to meet their fundraising deadlines will be at risk of losing their place. You can only use your charity place to fundraise for Village Water. I understand I will be required to pay a non-refundable £100 registration fee.(Required)
