Safety Information

By taking part in this challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation is entirely voluntary. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for choosing activities that are suitable for your health, fitness level, and personal circumstances.

2. You should only undertake activities that you feel comfortable doing. There is no requirement to complete the challenge in a single session. The 2 hours 25 minutes can be completed in smaller, manageable amounts across the month of March.

3. If at any point the activity feels uncomfortable, overwhelming, or causes pain, dizziness, or distress, you should stop immediately. Pushing beyond your limits is not expected or encouraged.

4. You are encouraged to plan your challenge in advance. This includes choosing appropriate activities, setting realistic goals, allowing adequate rest, and building up gradually where needed. Warming up and cooling down are recommended where relevant.

5. You should inform a friend, family member, or colleague about your planned activities, particularly if completing longer sessions or exercising alone. Where appropriate, carry a phone or means of contacting someone in case of an emergency.

6. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, or if you are returning to activity after a period of illness or inactivity, you should seek advice from a medical or health professional before taking part.

7. The charity is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the challenge. You are responsible for ensuring your own safety and wellbeing throughout.

8. Above all, the challenge is about participation and awareness. Completing the activity in a way that feels safe, achievable, and positive for you is what matters most.
